Happy New Year !!

I hope that you've had an incredible Christmas and New Year with your families and loved ones and I'm really looking forward to hearing all about it.

We have got an exciting half term filled with lots of fun things:

• In English, we will be writing Non cgronological reports and also setting descriptions based on the text 'The Iron Man' by Ted Hughes.
• In Maths, we will be learning all about multiplication, division and perimeter.
• In History, we will be learning all about The Iron Age.
• In Science, our topic is all about the Human Body.
• In Art, we will be learning how to 'Tell Stories' using various mediums.
• In Computing, we will be learning how to use email and also about email safety.

Key Information

P.E Days will be on a Tuesday and a Thursday. Please make sure that your child has their P.E kit in school on those days. 

Earrings must not be worn for P.E. If your child is unable to take them out by themselves, please ensure that they are taken out before school on P.E days.

I am really looking forward to getting to know you over the coming weeks. I am sure that we will have lots of fun and learn lots!
