Wraparound Care

At James Brindley we are committed to working in partnership with parents and carers to provide safe, stimulating and enjoyable childcare for children who attend our school. We aim to help parents to balance work commitments and family life by providing convenient, affordable and high quality before and after school care during school term time.

Sunrise Club

We offer before school care for pupils from Nursery to Year 6. Sunrise is available from 07:15 - 08:45 every day.  

Breakfast is provided at Sunrise - children are able to have either cereal or toast. 

Sunset Club

After school care is also available from 15:15 - 18:00 Monday to Thursday and 17:30 Friday. Children are provided with a sandwich and snack at 16:30. 

At present, our only source of funding for wraparound care is through fees for both Sunrise and Sunset. Fees cover staffing costs and food, as well as resources and equipment.
