Eco Council - Litter Picking

Armed with their litter pickers, bing bags and enthusiasm, our school Eco Warriors set out on a mission this afternoon to clear the school’s outdoor spaces of litter. It didn’t take long for us to realize how much waste had accumulated. From plastic wrappers to discarded bottles, it was clear that keeping our environment clean is a shared responsibility.

Not only did the litter pick help to keep our school looking beautiful, but it also gave us a chance to discuss the importance of reducing waste and recycling. Our Eco Council members worked together as a team, but will also be sharing their knowledge and adive with their fellow students, encouraging them to think twice before littering and to be more mindful of waste.
